The culinary highlight was undoubtedly the exquisite cuisine of Siel Restaurant, where I enjoyed innovative Colombian dishes prepared by chef Pablo Ravassa, perfectly complemented by the lush garden views that seemed to encapsulate the Colombian spirit. Our suite, an oasis of comfort with its spacious layout, private garden, and inviting jacuzzi, offered the ideal retreat after a day spent exploring the city's cultural gems. While the hotel's aesthetics are a beautiful blend of modern and colonial styles, it's really the personalized service and amiable atmosphere that linger in the memory-an experience that surely resonates with those of us who cherish the warmth of Colombian hospitality.
